Q: How long will my listing run?

A: Your listing will run until sold, or you remove it. Very old listings may be automatically expired from the system after one year.

Q: Is my free listing really free?

A: Yes, absolutely. Only those who choose to sign up for a Deluxe or Premium listing are ever charged anything.

Q: Where else will my listing appear?

A: Your free listing will appear on both our For Sale By Owner Internet Network Partner sites and our afiliate sites. Our partner sites include ownerslist.com, fsboi.net, ushousefinders.com, the FSBO search engine and location specific sites where appropriate like calforsalebyowner.com and floridasfsbos.com.
Our affiliate sites include Yahoo.com.While listings and changes appear on partner sites instantly, affiliate sites may take as long as 48 hours for listings and changes to appear.

Q: Can I post pictures?

A: Yes, two pictures are free with each listing. If you want more than two pictures please consider our economical premium featured listing.

Q: How long does it take for my pictures to post?

A: Pictures uploaded to the site post in seconds. Read the page after the upload carefully, if there was a problem with your picture upload it will be explained on the following page. We support jpeg and gif images up to 60K in size for each image. If your images are larger than 60K you will need to reduce them in size first, see the photo help page for more information.

Q: Why am I having trouble posting pictures?

A: You can upload either jpeg if gif pictures with a maximum file size of 60K for each picture. Most uploading problems are caused by the picture being too large. Look at the size on your computer, if larger than 60K you should use photo editing software to reduce it to a smaller size suitable for the web first.

Q: How can I speak to someone on the phone about my questions?

A: I'm sorry, but we are not able to provide telephone support. If your question is not answered in these FAQs you can email us for more assistance. Please always include your listing number when writing.

Q: Can you help me find a home to purchase?

A: We are an advertising service but we do not provide real estate buying and selling services. If you need assistance locating a specific house you may want to use the services of a local realt estate agent. Remember that not all houses for sale appear in the MLS.
