Description
|
Description: We are relocating to OK & need to sell our beautiful home. It is situated on 24 acres connecting to a 14 acre pond with deeded fishing rights. It is a 2318 heated square feet brick/ vinyl siding ranch home with 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. It also has an oversized two car garage, in ground 18x36 swimming pool with cover patio & extra large sun deck. There is also a separate storage building with roll up garage door for lawn tractor & additional space for a workshop area. The house was built in 1983 and has since been remodeled & updated by us. There is new paint, wall paper, light fixtures, stainless steel & black appliances, plantation blinds. This house is great for entertaining. It has an oversized kitchen/ formal dinning area & living room combo. It also has a large sunroom off of the kitchen/formal dinning area that over looks the pond & pool. There is also a large dog pen with two dog kennels. There is also a 22 head sprinkler system that feeds off of the pond water. There are lots and lots of flowers, & trees that we have planted. We have planted the following flowers: tulips, hyacinths, daffodils, Asian lilies, day lilies, dinner plate hibiscus, elephant ears, hostas, dahlias, and roses. We have also planted the following trees: weeping & curly willows, tulip poplars, sunset maples and crepe myrtles. The yard is definitely well landscaped. This is a very peaceful and quiet place. We have enjoyed living here. The house also has a circular paved drive. It is 20-25 minutes to Aiken & about the same to Lexington. We are 4 miles off of I-20, which makes it easy to go either direction. It is centrally located to almost everything. Batesburg is the nearest town & its about 15 minutes away. If you are looking for a very special home with awesome country living, then your search is over. Please call us Michael and Birdie Dickerson at (803) 685-6309 to schedule your appointment. |
